"Holding on to our original intentions, and working twice as hard! The top pop music jazz band in the Chinese community"

Since all members of the band have trained and worked in different music genres, we have taken it upon ourselves to create the most innovative fusion jazz in contemporary Asia with our creativity, boldness and fine skills. It is also our hope to bring jazz music into your life, which is why we set our original intention of composing music to be “recording every moment of sentiment with original music” when we launched our first album.

“Timeless Fusion Party Album II” was made with the same conviction. Because instrumental musical performance does not have lyrics like pop songs do to clearly and directly state the meaning of the music, the mood and environment of the creation of every song is described through a short story in the brochure, which is a special feature of the band. We also hope that through this means, our audience and be more immersed in the various feelings brought to them by the music.

“My Angel Baby,” describes the feelings that everyone has experienced: the sweet happiness while thinking of the one you love, which makes ordinary every day life extraordinary.

“Highway No.3,” with its fast tempo, is a metaphor of the sense of speed of speeding on a highway, and how one forgets all troubles while driving like this.

Office workers are constantly at work because of the fast-developing communication technologies, so many people cringe at the mention of a conference call. The song “Conference Call” employs dialoguing between sentences to convey the attack and defense of language and changes of mood during a conference call.

In the making of the album, in order to be closer to our audience and convey the composer’s feelings, vocal chorus is employed for the first time in fusion jazz and impromptu performance! In the pursuit of the best sound quality, the post-production work was actually done in a studio in Los Angeles, USA, by the legendary, multiple-Grammy-award-winning recording artist Phil Magnotti!

After countless rehearsals and joint creation among band members, plus a lot of time for fermentation, our work will definitely make listeners experience that even without lyrics, music can move and touch its audience: pure music power.
